Desert Vista varsity team mainly because of the experience he gained in
league play and at the many tournaments where he pitched for the Garden of
Gears during the past three years. He also gained valuable insight from
the various coaches and guests that you have had at your practices and
mini-camps. All of these factors helped him to develop his skills and to
be able to pitch at a highly competitive level. Also, by your scheduling
of games against many college teams, Darren drew interest and favorable
