Bill Moore
Derick Rodriquez 14U Derick Rodriquez is an
Arizona native growing up in Tempe, AZ where he attended High School
at Corona Del Sol. While attending high school won back to back
Connie Mack B state championships, and participating in the 1991 AIA
State Championship. In 1992 Derick earned All City and All Region
achievements and Honorable Mention All State. Upon Graduation he
attended South Mountain Community College on a Baseball scholarship.
After competing at the college level for two years he entered the
Marine Corps. After his duty he as coached various baseball teams
at various levels. Most currently for the past 3 years as the
Varsity Asst baseball coach at Westwood High School. He brings a
wealth of knowledge about the game of baseball, and prides himself
on passing on great traditions and morals to the fine young men
apart of Gears Baseball.
