Memberships For those ballplayers who are drafted, from the tryouts, for one of the Garden of Gears teams the following monthly rates apply: Under 14
$225 For those ballplayers who are still working within the developmental program that begins at age 12 and continues for as long as a player shows the desire to continue the rate is $150 per month. To be a member of the Garden of Gears either as a player on one of the three teams or as part of our developmental program is to be part of an elite group with an illustrious past and an equally exciting future. As a member of one of the teams, you will be playing at least two games per week against top-level competition from around the state and in tournaments throughout the Western United States. Practices are even more intense than the games as conditioning, fundamental skills development and situational play are key to team success. There will be at least two practices per week with individual and small group sessions included whenever possible. As a member of the developmental program, you are never far from making one of the teams. We draft from within the organization. If your skills didn’t quite measure up before you started in the program, any deficiency will be quickly identified and corrected. There is no “junior varsity or taxi squad” in this organization. Instead, the club is committed to creating the richest fund of talent possible anywhere. After one year with the Garden of Gears, we are sure each and every ballplayer within the organization will playing well beyond where they started and will be assured as starring role in their high school or college team in the very near future.
