Commitment The Garden of Gears is a club team for serious baseball players only. If you're able to "be in the game" for 250 pitches each and every game, and feel you are ready to compete at the next level, then maybe it's a program for you. Before continuing, take a moment and read the Gears Traditions, as well as our Baserunning Traditions and Pitching Traditions. All players are to be prepared each and every game and be willing to conduct themselves in a manner fitting for a Gears Player. Once selected to be a Gear, a commitment is needed by the player and the parent. As a member of the Garden of Gears, you will be entitled to all of the following:
